Weight loss is just a simple calculation on how much calories you need to burn to have a normal weight. This just involves the use of Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Body Mass Index (BMI) to know how much weight you need to shed off and how many calories you must take daily to be healthy. However, the real question lies on whether we do it or not. Many people want to lose weight but they cannot keep up with their commitment. Having the right attitude is really the key factor on how to lose weight. Discipline, commitment, and determination to do your job is necessary.

Hello, very nice site here. I think it is pretty easy to lose weight.Just reduce your calorie intake and do some workout.Okay, it is not that easy but this is how to reduce weight.There are some good diet programs you can follow but have a look if it suits your needs.i mean if you do not like seafood then avoid the mediteranean diet.Just as an example.Stick with what you like and reduce your calorie intake this way.

Eat well as much as you can. low GI, high fibre, low saturated and trans fats, low sugar and salt, enough protein and be active.. There is probably no need to get too technical, you just need to make a habit of eating and living healthy and exercising Post a comment
